The Valley Condominiums is unique among condominiums in the Town of Vail, because it has no highway noise. Less than ten minutes' drive from Vail Village, it lies behind a high ridge that separates us from I-70. Our side of the ridge is Town of Vail open space that borders our large private lawn, tennis courts and swimming pool. The road to The Valley ends about a mile beyond us, so there's very little traffic. Hiking trails in the White River National Forest are a five-minute walk away.
The Valley Condominiums are made up of only 33 units on 3 acres. Because there is nothing like it in Vail, our homes have historically changed hands quite rarely.
